TSAWWASSfN FIRST NATION BY-LAW AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF TAXES BY AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO PROVINCIAL HOME OWNERSHIP GRANTS WHEREAS by section 7 of the Taxation By-Law of the Tsawwassen FirstNation, Chief and Council may, by By-Law, authorize the Taxation Officer toreduce the taxes holder for a taxation year by an amount equal to or less thanthe payable by a property the property holder would be entitled to . have his or hertax amount by which indebtedness for the year reduced pursuant to the Home OwnerGrant Act, RSBC was not 1979, c.171, as amended from time to time, if the property holder'sproperty and located in or part of the reserve, but rather was located withina municipality subject to taxation by the municipality .
