The Tzeachten First Nation in accordance with Part 3 of the Tzeachten Property Taxation Bylaw 1-1995 enacts the following bylaw: 1 . This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Exemption Bylaw 1999". a . Any person having property assessed by the head assessor pursuant to the Assessment Bylaw as being Class 9 (Farm) shall be exempt from the payment of taxes in an amount equivalent to the gross assessed value of the and being fifty per cent (50%) less than as stated in the roll authenticated pursuant to the assessment Bylaw .
