SKOWKALE FIRST NATION EXEMPTION BYLAW 1-2002 The Skowkale First Nation in accordance with Part 3 of the Skowkale Property Taxation Bylaw 1-1995 enacts the following bylaw : 1 . This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Exemption Bylaw 2002" . a, Any person having property assessed by the head assessor pursuant to the Assessment Bylaw as being in Class 5 (Light industry) or Class 6 (Business/Other) shall be exempt from the payment of taxes In an amount equivalent to the gross assessed value of improvement being $5,000.00 less than as stated In the roll authenticated pursuant to the Assessment Bylaw.
