PART I - General THE COUNCIL OF ZAGIME ANISHINABEK ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Title I. This Bylaw may be cited as "Bylaw to Amend Bylaws 2017-01, 2017-02, and 2017-03". Purpose 2. The purpose of this Bylaw is to expand the areas of application and enforcement of the Property Standards Bylaw 2017-01, the Community Standards Bylaw 2017-02, and the Environmental Standards Bylaw 2017-03. Authority 3. This Bylaw is developed under the authority of 81 (1) and 83(1) of the Indian Act RSC, 1985, c. 1-5. PART II - Enforcement Area Areas of Applicability 4. The preamble portions titled Purpose, in Bylaws number 2017-01, 2017-02, and 2017-03 are amended to each and hereafter include all those lands lying within Sakimay Indian Reserves 74-6, 74-7, 74-14, and the parcel described as Lot 278, Block 2 on 106629 CLSR SK in the Sakimay Indian Reserve #74. 5. The Geographical Applicability section 1 of bylaw number 2017-01, the Geographical Applicability section 3 of bylaw number 2017-02, and the Geographical Applicability section 1 of bylaw number 2017-03 are amended to each and hereafter include the Sakimay Indian Reserves 74-6, 74-7, 74-14, and the parcel described as Lot 278, Block 2 on 106629 CLSR SK in the Sakimay Indian Reserve #74. Coming into Force 6. This Amending Bylaw comes into force and effect as of April 1, 2020. 7. This Bylaw was accepted and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council held July 8th, 2020.
