THE COUNCIL OF THE Musqueam Indian Band Current Capital Balance $ AGENCY/DISTRICT: BC Region Committed $ PROVINCE: British Columbia Current Revenue balance $ PLACE: Vancouver Committed $ DATE: December 05, 2016 Do Hereby Resolve: WHEREAS: (a) The Band passed a Property Assessment By-law No. PR-1996-01 on the I 1 th day of March 1996, pursuant to section 83 of the Indian Acv (the By-law as subsequently amended is hereafter referred to as the "Assessment By-law"); (b) The Band wishes to amend section 40(2) of the Assessment By-law to permit a person previously qualified to practice law in the Province of British Columbia as well as a person currently qualified to do so to be appointed to the Board of Review. NOW BE IT RESOLVED: 1. Amendment of Section 40(2) Section 40(2) of the Assessment Bylaw is hereby amended to insert the words "or previously so qualified" after "the Province of British Columbia." 2. Coming Into Force This Assessment Amendment By-law shall come into li,rre immediately upon being approved by the Minister.
