By-law No. U ' A by-law to provide f o r the re g u la tio n o f t r a f f i c in the P ic H iver Ho. 50 Indian R eserve, in the Province o f O ntario . (a) No v e h ic le sh a ll be operated at a ra te o f speed in excess o f tv e h ty -f iv e m iles an hour w ith in an y r e s id e n t ia l area designated and marked as such by ' the C ouncil o f the Band, (b ) No v e h ic le s h a ll be operated over any b r id g e w ith in the P ic E lver No. $0 Indian R eserve at a ra te o f speed in excess o f the speed designated and marked thereon by the Council o f the Band. ( c ) Any person who v io la te s any o f the p ro v is io n s o f th is by-law s h a ll be g u i l t y o f an o f fe n c e and s h a ll be l i a b le on summary co n v ic t io n t o a f in e not exceed ing one hundred d o lla rs o r imprisonment f o r a term not exceeding t h r it y daysy or both f in e and imprisonm ent.
