( J Phe Council of ihe_____ Pic Heron T'-ay______Band of Indians at a meeting held_____ September-I$th makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraphs (c), (d), (q) and (r) of Section 80 of the Indian Act* By-Law Bo. 2 A by-law to provide for the regulation of the activities of boys and girls on the Pic River #50 actually or apparently under 16 years of age* (a) No boy or girl on the PicTRiver #$Q Indian Reserve actually or apparently under lo years of age, shall loiter any place within the said "Indian Reserve after nine oclock in the afternoon* (*) No boy or girl on the Pic River #50 Indian Reserve actually or apparently under 16 years of age, shall be in any place of entertainment, street, lane, by-way or common within the said Reserve, or shall be in the course of returning from any place of entertainment off the said Reserve after the hour of nine oclock in the afternoon unless accompanies by his or her parent or an adult appointed by a parent to accompany such child* vc) A boy or girl on the Pic River #50 Indian Reserve found violating the provisions of paragraph (a) or (b) nay be warned and conducted home by a police officer* U) A parent who remits his child to violate paraeraüh (a) or (b) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on surmary conviction to a fine net exceeding $5*00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days, or both fine and irrorIsomment. n el i o - f .4* l96l, Indian Reserve // a /] Councillor J -. -> ;!
