« ;; 6 0 ^ / 7 ̂' L 7 Ï a 3 &£c~,i 4-The Council of the Mohawk Bay of Quinte Band of Indians at a meeting held December 6, 197^» makes the following By-Law pursuant to paragraphs (c), (d), (h), (g) and (r) of Section 8l of the Indian Act. R.S.C. Chapter 1-6. BY-LAW NO. 9 A by-law to provide for the regulation and the use of any building (s) or area (s) under the control of the Council of the Mohawk Band Council situated on the Tyendinaga Indian Reserve, in the Province of Ontario. ' (a) No person, group of persons, or organization shall be allowed entry to any building (s) or area (s) under the control of the Council of the Mohawk Band Council without the express consent of the Mohawk Band Council or its appointed representative except for the said Band Council and its employees and appointed representatives and any person, group of persons or organization attending there on official business. (b) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this By-Law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to the imposition on summary conviction of a fine not exceeding $100.00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
