u c Jn’/'A- ; S / 5 7 TZ'A' \ BY-LAW NO. 7 ( A by-law to regulate the operation o f motor veh icles on Long Lake Reserve #53. Row therefore the Council o f the Long Lake #58 Band o f Indians hereby enacts as a by-law thereof as follow s: (a) No person shall operate a car, truck, bus, skidoo or any other motorised veh icle on Long Lake #58 Reserve roads unless he or she is in possession of a 'current drivers licence issued by the Province o f Ontario, and qualifying the person to operate the type and class o f motor veh icle involved. (b) No person shall operate a car, truck, bus, skidoo or any other vehicle on Long Lake #58 Reserve roads unless such person has insurance coverage issued by â registered Insurance Company. Such insurance must, cover public l i a b i l i t y and personal in jury up to: an amount no le ss than $200,(XX).00 and be generally in accordance with the insurance requirements o f the Province o f Ontario fo r the operation o f a motor vehicle on the provincia l highway and road networks. (c ) Any person found gu ilty o f a v io lation o f any provision of. th is by-law i s l ia b le , on summary conviction , to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment fo r a term not exceeding th irty days or both fine and imprisonment in accordance with Section 81 o f the Indian Act R .S ., cl49 , s . l Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting o f the Council o f the Long Lake #58 Band o f Indians t h i s . » . . . . 1 3 t t u . . . . . . . . day o f ................................... . . , 19. .7$..........
