Canoe Lake FOR HEADQUARTERS USE ONLY COU N CIL OF THE BAND AGENCY Meadow Lake P R O V IN C E Saskatchewan P L A C E Meadow ake D A T E 25th June AD 1 9 6 9 D A Y MONTH Y E A R d o h e r e b y r e s o l v e : - By-Law No. 1 Regulation of Traffic - The Chief and Council of the Canoe Lake Band hereby request that this Band Council Resolution be known as By-Law No. 1, under Section 80 of the Indian Act, to control the entry of vehicles into Canoe Lake Indian Reserve Mo. 165> 165A, and 165B. 1. That a charge of $5.00 be levied against each vehicle, each and every time it enters the Canoe Lake Reserve. 2. That all persons entering the Reserve must abide by the regulations set out by the Band Officials. 3. No. liquor be brought into the Reserve. 4. No. overnight camping. 5. Maximum speed limit in the Village be set at 25 mph. -6. No littering on the reserve, camp fires to be in designated areas. 7. Ho littering or camping in the hay meadows. 1 8. No fishing from the Banks of the Keeley River within 5 miles of the village of Canoe. 9. Any one refusing to pay the $5.00 entry fee will be asked to leave the Reserve. .0.
