Regi-^111̂ ° f Indians at a meeting held May 1 1 , 196^ (date) makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and (r) of Section 80 of the Indian A ct. By-law No. • A by-law to provide for the regulation of tra ffic in the S t. R egis V il la g e Reserve, in the_Province of Quebec 1. In th is by-law (a) "Council" means the Council o f th e lr o q u o is o f St. o f Indiansj and (b ) "Reserve" means the S t . ' R egis V il la g e Indian Reserve.-2. No veh icle sh a ll be operated at a rate o f speed in excess o f ?Q miles an hour within the Reserve. 3 . Notwithstanding the provisions o f Section 2 o f th is by-law no vehicle sh a ll be operated at a rate o f speed in excess o f 10 ( t e n ) miles an hour within any school, zone in the Reserve designated and marked as such by the Council. U. Any person who v io la tes any o f the previsions o f th is by-law sha ll be gu ilty o f an offence and shall be lia b le on summary conviction to a fin e not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment fo r a term not exceeding th irty days, or both fin e and imprisonment.
