(In Full) (Month) Do Hereby Resolve: To make the follow ing by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and (r ) o f Section 80 of the Indian Act. BYLAW NO, 1 / p A by-law to provide fo r the regulation of tra ff ic in Constance Lake B.eserve, in the Province of Ontario. (a) No vehicle shall be operated at a rate o f speed in excess o f 20 miles an hour within any residential area designated and marked as such by the council of the band. (b) No vehicle shall be operated over any bridge within the Constance Lake Indian Reserve at a rate of speed in excess o f the speed designated and marked thereon by the council of the band. (c ) Any person who violates any of the provisions of th is by-law shall be guilty o f an offence and shall be lia b le on summary conviction to a fin e not exceeding ten dollars or imprisonment fo r a term not exceeding seven days, or both fines and imprisonment.
