B) Failure to abide by these condition will result in the termination of the stray dog(s). II - All dog owners are to ensure that their dogs are under their control at all times. A) i) all dogs owners are to be within the site and hear ing distance of their dogs at all times. ii) should a dog occasionally stray away from the owner, then the owner will be responsible to recapture that dog and to ensure that it does not happen again. B) Should the dog owner fail to control his/her dog, then that owner is to tie up that dog to prevent the dog from running loose.
