That the Chief & Council supports B.C.R. II431 with this by-law in accordance with Section 81(c) of Indian Act. follows: Anyone caught supplying liquor i l l e g a l ly within the boundaries o f the Grassy Narrows Reserve; or known to be se ll ing liquor i l l e g a l ly by - information given to the Chief and Council from considerable number of informants, shall be ordered to leave the reserve and not to return until such time the Chief & Council and community determines the banned person is w ill in g and prepared to contribute to the development of the Grastfy Narrows Reserve. Should the banned person return to the reserve without the approval of the Chief 6 Council and community. o f f the reserve by the Ontario Provincial Police Detachment of Grassy Narrows and charged with trespassing under Section 30 of the Indian Act.
