THE COUNCIL OF THE FORT WILLIAM BAND OF INDIANS OF THE FORT WILLIAM INDIAN RESERVE # 52. BEING A BY-LAW to appoint a Lottery Licensing Officer. WHEREAS The Municipal Act provides that the Councils of all municipalities may pass by-laws for appointing such Officers and servants as may be necessary for the purose of the Reserve: AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint a lottery Licensing Officer: * NCW THEREFORE the Council of the Fort William Indian Band of the Fort William Indian Reserve #52, enacts as follows: 1 That.... f . . is hereby appointed Lottery Licensing Officer for the Fort William Indian Reserve #52 shall hold office during the pleasure of the Council and succeeding Councils unless revoked by any such Councils, and shall exercise all the cuthority, powers and rights and shall perform all the duties and obligations which by Statute or by-laws or may be conferred Or imposed upon the Lottery Licensing Officer and any other duties that may be imposed by Council. -V Read a first, second and th rd time this.
