INDIAN BAND COUNCIL: RESOLUTION OR HI-LAW NO: a t Being a By-law to authorize the carrying on of a community program of Recreation within the meaning of the regulations under the Department of Education Act. 1. The Council of the Bamd^.enact3 as follows: (a) Pursuant to Regulation 19/66 made under the Department of Education Act, a community program of Recreation is hereby established for the residents of the Reserve. AD IQ 6 6 DAY MON^H YEAR DO HEREBY RESOLVE: The Council of the Dokis Band of Indians at a meeting held at Dokis Village this Twentieth day of April, 1966, makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (h) and (m) of Section 80 of the Indian Act. By-Law No. 4 To establish a Community Centre at Dokis Village comprised of a Community Hall. A committee of 5 persons to be selected as listed below. This committee to be responsible for carrying out a community program of recreation within the regulations of the Ontario Department of Education Act.
