« 6c Ry? S’- C o b" , ' /Y ot T. IS" BY-LAW 2-75_______ A by-law to establish a Community Recreation Centre at Curve Lake Reserve. Whereas the Community Recreation Centres Act, 1974, provides in Section 2(l) that the council of any municipality may, by by-lav;, provide for the establishment of one or more community recreation centres in accordance with the said Act and may acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise real and personal property for that purpose. And whereas the council of the Curve Lake Band is desirous of establishing a Community Recreation Centre at Curve Lake Reserve in the County of Peterborough. Therefore, the council of the Curve Lake Reserve enacts as follows: 1. That a community hall be established and operated by the Curve Lake Band pursuant to the provisions of the Community Centres Act, 1974» 2. That the said community Recreation Centre be administered by a committee of management appointed pursuant to the provisions of the community Recreation Centres Act and Regulations. 3. That the Band Chief and the Band Administrator be and they are hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to give effect to the foregoing.
