f îl \ The Reserve of Curve Lake By Law No. 1978 - 4 • Being a By-law to appoint a Lottery Licencing Officer. Whereas the Municipal Act provides that the Councils of all Municipalities may pass hy-laws for appointing such Officers and servants as may be necessary for the purpose of the Corporation; and Whereas it is deemed expedient to appoint a Lottery Licencing Officer: Nov,; therefore, the council of the Reserve of Curve Lake enacts as follows: 1. That Jack Whetung is hereby appointed Lottery Licencing Officer for the Reserve of Curve Lake. 2. That the said Jack Whetung shall hold office during the pleasure of the council and shall exercise all the authority, powers and rights and shall perform all the duties and obligations which by' Statute or by-laws are or may be conferred or imposed upon the Lottery Licencing Officer and any other duties that may be imposed by council. 3. By-Law Number 1976-3 is repealed. Enacted and passed this 20th day of February 1978.
