5V ^^ 7 $ ~/J -2 BY-LAM ^ f,777 THE BAND COUNCIL OF THE INDIAN BAND OF CURVE LAKE BY-LAW NUMBER 1978-3 A BY-LAW REGULATING THE CONTROL OF MOTORIZED SNOW VEHICLES WHEREAS Section 81 of the Indian Act, R.S.C. c. 149 provides that the Council of the Band may make by-laws for the regulation of vehicles; now therefore, the Council of the Band of Curve Lake enacts as follows: 1. That the provisions of The Motorized Snow Vehicles Act, R.S.O. 1974, c. 113, and regulations thereto, are hereby adopted andapply to the lands and boundaries of the Curve Lake Indian Reserve.
