THE COUNCIL OF THE SQUAMISH INDIAN BAND BY-LAW NO. 11 , V > ' < AMENDMENT TO SQUAMISH INDIAN BAND ZONING ^ / / / BY-LAW NO. 6, 1972 A BY-LAW TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CANOPY AND THREE SIGNS AT THE INTERNATIONAL PLAZA HOTEL The Council of the Squamish" Indian Band in meeting assembled pursuant to Section 81 of the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1970, chapter 1-6, enacts as follows: 1. Squamish Indian Band Council By-Law No. y, 1972 as amended by By-Law No. 7, 1972 and By-Law No. 8, 1972 and By-Law No. 9, 1976 is hereby amended as follows: By adding thereto Section 10 which shall read: "10. Fourth Lehndorff (Canada.) Limited and Fifth Lehndorff (Canada) Limited, owners of the International Plaza Hotel situate on Capilano I.R. No. 5, shall be permitted to construct a canopy and three signs in accordance with the plans and specifications attached hereto and marked Exhibits "A", "B", "C”, and "D"." 2. The Squamish Indian Band local government officer is authorized to issue a letter to the Lessee to permit the construction provided for herein. 3. The Squamish Indian Band local government officer is authorized to issue the building permits applied for from time to time by the Lessee, its contractors and subcontractors in connection with the construction provided for herein.

The Squamish Indian Band local government officer is authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary with the Corporation of the District of West Vancouver and the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver for the provision of inspection services in connection with the construction described herein. 5. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as The Squamish Indian Band Zoning By-Law No. 6, 1972, amendment By-Law No. 11, 1977. Considered and passed by the Squamish Indian Band Council on the 13th day of January, A.D. 1978. Chief J.W.
