JUNE (Month) DO HEREBY RESOLVE: A by-law to provide for the licensing of businesses, calling#, trades and occupations within the Mas set #1 Indian Reserve in the Province of British Columbia* By-Law No. 2. (a) No person shall conduct or carry on any business, calling, trade or occupation as listed herein who is not the holder of a valid and subsisting license for the business, calling, trade or occupation issued pursuant to this by-law* (b) There shall be paid at the time of the application for a license a fee in the amount as set out hereunder, which license may be renewed from year to year upon payment of the required fee* BUSINESS CALLING TRADE or OCCUPATION Coffee house and/or confectionery General Store Pool room Restaurant Bakery Taxi (o) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifteen dollars or imprisonment for a te of not exceeding seven days or both fine and imprisonment* (Chief) ( C o u n c i l l o r ) 'JfiéTfUiltf.
