The Council of the G I T Li O A M 1 X Band of Indians at a meeting held NSW AIYANSH SEPTEMBER 9, 17/6______ (date) makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and (r) of Section 81 of the Indian Act. By-law No. _________1976-A______________ A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic -in NEW AIYANSH G I T L A K D A M I X ________ Indian Reserve, in the Province of British Columbia__________ . (a) No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 10______miles an hour within any residential area designated and marked as such by the Council of the Band. (b) No vehicle shall be operated over any bridge within the OUT SKIRTS NEW AIYANSH Indian Reserve at a rate of speed in excess of the speed designated and marked thereon by the Council of the Band - 20_____ M.P.H. (c) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of gin offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
