N BAND COUNCIL considers necessary special measures for the protection of the inhabitants of the reserve of the COCKBURN ISLAND FIRST NATION 19A Band from the presence of intoxi N c o a w n t t s h e : refore, it is hereby enacted pursuant to section 85.1 of the Indian Act: Definitions 1. In this by-law "intoxicants" includes alcohol, alcoholic, spiritous, vinous, fermented malt or other intoxicating liquor or combination of liquors and mixed liquor a part of which is spiritous, vinous, fermented or otherwise intoxicating and all drinks or drinkable s l u iq m u p i t d i s o n an t d h at a ll a re p re i p n a t r o a x t i i c o at n i s n g o . r mixtures capable of human corn- Prohibition on Sale, Barter, Supply or Manufacture 2.
