C OUNCIL O F T H E S V>jUEAM AGENCY ERASER PROVINCE B R IT IS H COLUMBIA PLA C E MUSQUEAM DATE 2 6 th January _ AD 1o70 DAY MONTH DO HEREBY RESOLVE: That under section 80 (b) of the Indian net we do hereby make the following by-law. BY-LAW NO. 005: h A by law to provide for the regulation of traffic in the Musqm am E ■ Indian Reserve^zih *bhe Province of British Columbia. A ' THa T VHERLAS the roads situated on this Reserve are not gazetted roads and are therefore an integral cart of the Reserve as defined in Section 2 (1) (0) of the Act, (a) That no motor vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 20 miles per hour within the area of the Indian Reserve designated above. (b) That no motor vehicle shall be operated over any bridge or culvert at a rate ol speed in excess of 20 miles per hour if not specifically posted and designated. (c) That no motor vehicle shall be operated over any bridge or culvert at a rate of speed in excess to that specifically posted and designated. (d) Any person_who violates any of the provisions of this by- lav/ shall oe guilty of an offence a„nd shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or im prisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment in accord^ce with Seption880 (r) of the Act.
