Kj n M n M in u - jJ ib IK 1 U 1 P.3 By-Law # 3-90 A by-law of the Kwaklutl Band for tha upkeep and protactlon of the Anglican Church on tha Fort Rupert reserve. This by-law is made in accordance with section 81(1)(h) of the Indian Act. 1. Interpretation: (a) Church: the Anglican Church on Fort Rupert Reserve. (b) All other terms as defined in tha Indian Act. 2. Administration: (a) This by-law will be administered by tha Kwaklutl Band Council as elected from time to time, or: (b) any other parson or persons or agencies designated by the Band Council. 3. Application: (a) The Kwaklutl Band shall be responsible for the protection and upkeep of the aforementioned church. This bylaw was passed at a duly convened Band Coucil meeting on September .7, 1990.
