The Council of the Kitwancool Band of Indians at a meeting held t u & / q ti 9 A p makes the following by-law pursuant to subsection Ç.2) of Section 82 of the Indian Act. By-law No. 10 A by-law to provide for the expenditure of moneys raised under By-law No. 9.
