CANADA Province of Ontario TO WIT I, STEPHEN ALFRED ROBERTS, residing at Ottawa, Ontario, make oath and swear that the paperwriting to which this affidavit is attached is a true copy of a document produced and shown to me and purporting to be the original by-law made pursuant to the Indian Act and signed by the Chief and Council of the Roseau River Band of Indians and dated August 22, 1977, the said copy having been compared by me with the said original document. S^r'Ÿ 7 7 J L 2 y /?r 7 Repealing By-Law Whereas: the Council of the Roseau River Band of Indians did enact by-law number 2 effecting rules and regulations governing the activity of boys or girls actually or apparently under 15 years of age on the 6th day of March, 1974 pursuant to Section 81 of the Indian Act. and, Whereas: the Roseau River Band Council is of the opinion that the said by-law is ineffective and is not required at this time. Now therefore the Council of the Roseau River Band of Indians enacts as a by law thereof the following: By-law number 2-R-77 enacted and being a by-law to repeal by-law number 2 effecting rules and regulations governing the activity of boys and girls actually and apparently under 15 years of age and, enacted on March 6th, 1974 is hereby approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Roseau River Band of Indians this 22nd day of August, 1977. __________ Stanley Nelson______ Chief John Alexander Lawrence Henry Councillor Councillor Donald Henry Alfred Smith Councillor Councillor Councillor Councillor
