I jA M C D E E L ’E N D RO I T Poplar River -Band Office Committed — E n g a g é $________ ITE 0 3 1 2 3 7 D A Y - J O U R A D 19 ............. ...............- , --------M O N TH - M O IS Y F A R - A N N E E ) HEREBY RESOLVE: ÏCIDE, P A R L E S P R E S EN T ES : and Whereas, it is deemed to be expedient for the welfare of inhabitants of the Reserve of the Poplar River Band of Indians to regulate matters relating to intoxicants on the Reserve, Therefore, Be it resolved, the Council of the Poplar River Band of Indians enacts the following as their By-Laws: No person shall sell, barter, supply or manufac ture intoxicants on the Reserve of the Poplar River Indian band, No person shall have any intoxicants on the Reserve of the Poplar River Band, No person shall have in his possession, any in toxicants on the Reserve of the Popl ci r 9 i ver R a. n d Assented to by a majority of the electors of the Band who voted at a special meeting of the Band on September 4, 1985 called by the Band Council for the purpose of considering these By-Laws, Enacted by the Band Council on December 3, 1987.
