i. The Council of the Matthias Colomb Band of Indians at a meeting held . 3.9̂ ,fÇù£ (dat s) malien the following by-lav/ pursuant to paragraph (b) and paragraph (r) of Section bO of the Indian Act. By-law ho. 1 A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic in the Pukatawagan Indian Reserve No. 1;;R>, in the Province of Manitoba. 1. In this by-law (a) "Band11 means the Matthias Colomb Band of Indians; (b) "f.'ouneil" moans the CounoiJ of the Band; and (c) "deserve" means the Pukatawagan Indian Reserve No. 198. 2. No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of lp miles an hour within any residential area of the Reserve designated and marked as such by the Council. 3* No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 29 miles an hour within any other area of the Reserve. 4. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ~J ̂ -vo_ do 11 r r s or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding__ ___ days or to both fine and imprisonment.
