WUSKWI SIPIHK FIRST NATION /■{ 7 t-REPEALING BY LAW WUSKWI SIPIHK FIRST NATION BY LAW NO.1994. A BY-LAW TO REPEAL BY LAW NO.l BEING A BY-LAW RESPECTING INTOXICANTS WHEREAS: The council of the Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation did enact by-law #1 on the 21st day of July,1988. Persuant to section S85.1 of the Indian Act being a by-law relating to intoxicants. WHEREAS. The said council is of the opinion that such a by-law is not required at this time. NOW THEREFORE* The council of the Wuskwi Sipihk: First Nation enacts as a by-law thereof the following. 1. By-law #1 enacted on the 21st day of July 1988, and being a Intoxicant by-law be and the same is hereby repealed.
