STRAY DOGS BY-LA* By-Law 01991,02 of t he Little Black River First Nation respecting stray dogs, WHEREAS the Council of the Little Black River First Nation desires to establish a By-Law governing the protection against and prevention of trespass by dogs onto the grounds of the Little Black River School; and WNS&EAS the Council of the Little Black River First Nation is em-powered to make a By-Law governing the protection against and prevention of trespass by dogs, and any matter ancillary thereto and the imposition of a penalty for the violation thereof , A p g u £. r « suant to paragraphs 61(1) (e), (g), and (r) of the InâÂm NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Little Black River First Nation hereby enacts as a By-Law governing the protection against and prevention of trespass by dogs onto the grounds of the Little Black River School; and WHEREAS the Council of the Little Black River First Nation is em-powered to make a By-Law governing the protection against and prevention of trespass by dogs, and any matter ancillary thereto and the imposition of a penalty for the violation thereof pursuant to paragraphs 81(1) (e), (q), and (r) of the Indian Act .
