This Bylaw shall be in effect during Pow wow days on the Peepeekisis Indian Reserve said days to be set up by the council and will not exceed four (4) days in the month of JULY each year. 2. In this Bylaw unless the context otherwise requires expression shall mean: (1) Liquor shall be as defined in the Saskatchewan Liquor Act. (2) Peace Officer - shall mean a member of the R.C.M.P. or Ground Police as appointed by the Pow wow committee during said periods. Aubrey Goforth ..................... (5) Vehicles shall be vehicles as defined in the Saskatchewan Vehicles Act. (6) Dwelling shall mean dwelling as defined in the Criminal Code and shall include tents and trailers. (a) No vehicle shall exceed the speed of 40 m.p.h.s during the term of the pow wow days on the Peepeekisis Indian Reserve. (7) Owners shall mean in the case where vehicles are required to be registered to the person on the name on the Certificate of Registration and in the case where the vehicle is not required to be registered shall mean any person having perpetuity interest in the vehicle amounting to more than mere possession. January ad io DAY - JOU R MONTH - MOIS DO HEREBY RESOLVE: DECIDE, PAR LES PRESENTES: 3* No person shall have in his possession any Liquor during the term of the Pow wow days on the Peepeekisis Indian Reserve. 4* Peace Officers shall have the right to enter any dwelling and have the right to search any dwelling or vehicle for the possession of liquor. 3- The Peace Officers shall seize any and all Liquor found in contravention of this Bylaw. &• No vehicle shall exceed the speed of 5 m.p.h. on the Pow wow Grounds. This will not apply to Police and Emergency Equipment. 7. Anyone found in contravention of this Bylaw shall be liable to a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than @$100.00 and 1/d of such seems forthwith or within the time stated to imprisonment in the Provincial Correctional Centre to a term not exceeding Thirty (30) days. Fines shall be made payable to the Band Administrator of the Peepeekisis Indian Reserve.
