' Cash free balance - Solde disponible Le conseii def lhe Muskoday First Nation Capital account Compte capital j W D-J M V-A Province Date of duly convened meeting k Revenue account Date de I'assembl6e dument convoqude j | 2 | 2 0 | 8 9 | 7 Saskatchewan Compte revenu j DO HEREBY RESOLVE: DECIDE, PAR LES PRSSENTES: WHEREAS the Muskoday First Nation has enacted By-Law #1992-93-01 being a by law for the Regulation of Traffic; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Muskoday First Nation acts as the Traffic Commission; THEREFORE pursuant to Section 3(1) and 3 (2) (a) of the said by-law, the Council hereby designates a stop sign at the intersection of Chief Andrew Bear Road and Eagle Crescent, for regulating traffic entering Chief Andrew Bear Road from Eagle Crescent; AND FURTHER pursuant to Section 3 (5) of the said by-law, the Council revokes the designation of the stop sign at the intersection of Village Drive and Short Street.
