BY-LAW No. 3 Moosomin Reserve To enforce the traffic and vehicle regulations whereas the lands within the confines of the Moosomin Indian Reserve are subject to the provisions established in the Saskatchewan Vehicles Act (Re: Office Consolidation 1970); the Council of the Moosomin Band hereby adopts for implementation the afore mentioned Act under the authority of Section 81(b) of the Indian Act.
