'~' I V J t y. - • . . _ ’ « 00 No boy or-girl on the CACGENiHAGA actually or apparently under 16 years of ager shall, be in any place of entertainment, street, lane, by-way or ccumcn within the said Reserve, or., shall be in the course of returning from any place, of entertainment off the said Reserve after the hour of nine o'clock in the afternoon unless accompanied by his or her parent or-an adnlt appointed by a parent to accompany such child.
