By-Law No. 1 regulating traffics on our reserve be amended to read as follows* A. That traffice regulations on our Reserve No. 133A shall include all of items 1 to 9 as set out in Indian Reserve Traffic Regulations Indian Act. B. That no vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of forty-five miles per hour within any part of the Wabamun Indian Reserve No. 133A. C. That no vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of twenty mile^per hour within any residential area or school zone designated and marked as such by ̂ the Council of the Band. D. Any person who violates any of the provisions of thèse regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon summary conviction to a penalty of not less than one dollar and not more than fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months.
