( Band By-Law #4 é t i + f i ïy H i s m Re: Paul Band Residential.Area Units are to be numbered starting with #1, the first house west of the Band Hal 1. Part 1. (1) Definition of Residence Area. (a) The Residence is comprised of two small houses and a four suite apartment directly west of the Paul Band Hall plus five or more.houses on the west side of the road north of the Receiving Home. (2) Definition of Band and Signer. (a) Band means the Chief and Council of Paul's Band Wabamun Reserve #133A at Duffield, Alberta. (b) Signer means a person wishing to occupy a suite or house in the Paul Band Residential Area. (c) Residence means the Residential Area on the Paul Band Reserve at Duffield, Alberta as defined in Part 1. Part 2. (1) Persons wishing to live in the Residence will be required to sign an agreement with the Band Council. (2) No person will be all owe jd to be in permanent residence who is not a registered member of the Band or who is not legally mafrled to a registered member of the Band except by a special ; resolution of the Band Council. (3) (a) The number of persons living permanently iri a suite or house at the Residence will be restricted to a specified number in the agreement and the person signing the agreement shall state in the agreement the names of the persons intended to be in permanent residence. (b) The names of the persons in permanent residence may be changed from time to time by the signer applying to the Band. (4) (a) The area surrounding the residence as defined in Part 1 is hereby declared"a restricted area after 9:00 p.m.. (b) Anyone causing unnecessary noise or nuisance by their presence between S p.m. and 6 a.m. will be deemed to be causing a disturbance and will be charged with causing a disturbance. (c) Anyone causing a disturbance by being drunk, swearing, using obscene language or shouting at any hour of the day or night will be charged with causing a disturbance. (d) Anyone wilfully causing damage to t.he residence will be charged with wilful damage. (e) (i) In the event of damage to the residence the signer will be required to give information regarding the damage.
