D û^1^ k THE SLAVES OF THE UPPER HAY RIVER BAND OF INDIANS By-law 10 WHEREAS the Council of the Slaves of the Upper Hay River Band of Indians did enact by-law number 2 on the 8th day of September, 1970, pursuant to Section 81 (b) and (r) of the Indian Act to regulate Traffic. AND WHEREAS the said Council is of the opinion that such a by-law is not required at this time; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Slaves of the Upper Hay River Band of Indians enacts as a by-law thereof the following: 1. By-law number 2 enacted on the 8th day of September, 1970, and being a by-law to regulate Traffic be and the same is hereby repealed. Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Slaves of the Upper Hay River Band of Indians this 27th day of October, 1976.
