s ( y? THE SLAVES OF THE UPPER HAY RIVER BAND OF INDIANS By-law 11 Being a by-law to repeal by-law number 3. WHEREAS the Council of the Slaves of the Upper Hay River Band of Indians did enact by-law number 3 on the 8th day of September, 1970, pursuant to Section 81 (b) and (r) of the Indian Act to provide for the placement and maintenance of traffic signs. AND WHEREAS the said Council is of the opinion that such a by-law is not required at this time; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Slaves of the Upper Hay River Band of Indians enacts as a by-law thereof the following: 1. By-law number 3 enacted on the 8th day of September, 1970, and being a by-law to provide for the placement and maintenance of traffic signs by and the same is hereby repealed. Approved and passed at duly convened meeting of Council of the Slaves of the Upper Hay River Band of Indians this 27th day of October, 1976.
