.. , Chippewas of Georgina Island By-Law No. 80-1 The Council of the Chippewas of Georgina Island Band of Indians at a meeting held on the Georgina Island Indian Reserve makes the following By- Law pursuant to Paragraphs (b) and (r) of Section 81 of the Indian Act. By-Law No. 80-1. A By-Law to provide for the regulation of traffic in the Georgina Island Indian Reserve, in the Province of Ontario . a. No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 55 kilometers per hour, except in designated area's which shall be marked lower. b. Any person who violates any of the prov1s1ons of this By-Law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary and conviction to a fine hot exceeding Fifty Dollars, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or both fine and imprisonment. c. Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council this Twelfth day of May, 1980.
