STURGEON LAKE ANNUAL PROPERTY TAXATION WHEREAS pursuant to section 83 of the laws respecting taxation for local purposes of reserve occupy, possess or use reserve lands, including revenues; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Sturgeon Lake Band Taxation and Business purposes on reserve; AND WHEREAS Section 21 of the Licensing By-law, requires a first nation that once each year, make a law establishing a budget property taxation by-laws; NOW THEREFORE the Council of follows: 1. This By-law may be cited as the Sturgeon Expenditure By-law, 2013. 2.
