In this by-law: “Act” means the Indian Act, R.S.C. c-I-5 as amended “annual budget” means the budget attached as a Schedule and projected expenditures of those local revenues “Council” has the meaning given to that term in the Act; “First Nation” or “Band” means the Sucker Creek First 2(1) of the Indian Act; “interim budget” means a budget setting out the projected revenues during a budget year, that is intended to that budget year; “local revenues” means money raised by the First Nation “property taxation by-law” means a by-law enacted by “taxable property” means property in a reserve that is subject “Taxation By-law” means the Sucker Creek First Nation 3. The First Nation’s annual budget for December31, 2013, is attached as a Schedule and the expenditures 4.(l) The First Nation’s interim budget for December 31, 2014, is attached as a Schedule and the expenditures (2) The expenditures provided for in subsection expenditure bylaw for the budget year referenced in subsection interim budget ceases to have force and effect. 5.
