OSOYOOS INDIAN BAND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO OSOYOOS INDIAN BAND PROPERTY ASSESSMENT LA4’, 2009 Citation 1. This Law may be cited as Aniendment No. Ito Osoioos Indian Band Properti Assessijient Lait, 2009. Replacement of Paragraph 22(I)(b) 2. Paragraph 22(l)(b) of the Osoioos Indian Band PropertiAssessineizt lint. 2009 is hereby deleted and substituted with the following: “(b) the chair for his or her services at a rate of five hundred dollars ($500) per davj Replacement of Subsection 29(2) 3. Subsection 29(2) of the Osoyoos Indian Band ProperRAssessment Lan’, 2009 is hereby deleted and substituted with the following: “(2) The address for delivery of a Notice of Appeal to the assessor is Suite 202 1500 Hardy Street. Kelowna British Columbia. VIY 8H2.” Force and Effect 4. This Law comes into force and effect on the later of June 1, 2011 and the day after it is approved by the First Nations Tax Commission.
