Boothroyd Indian Band 2001 Tax Rates Bylaw Dated at Ottawa, Ontario this/? /1~day of 2001 .
Boothroyd Indian Band 2001 Tax Rates WHEREAS pursuant to section 83(t) of the Indian Act the Band has enacted the Boothroyd Indian Band taxation bylaw adopted by Chief and council on September 29t', 1992 and approved by the minister on June 23, 1993 ; AND WHEREAS pursuant to section 24(5) ofthe Taxation Bylaw Chiefand Council are authorized to establish rates for the taxation ofproperties within the Reserve; NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to section 24 (5) of the taxation Bylaw Chiefand-Council dohereby adopt the following as schedule "A" Prescribed Tax Rates to replace the previous Schedule "A".
