Taxation Rates By-Law SCHEDULE The Council of the Bonaparte Indian Band hereby taxation year for the following classes of property. COLUMN I Class of Property as prescribed under Part V and Section II of the Bonaparte Indian Band Property By-law. Class 2 Utility “A” adopts the following taxation rates for the 2012 COLUMN2 Rate of Tax applied against each $1,000.00 of the Tax assessed value of the land and improvements as determined in accordance with Part IV of the Bonaparte Indian Band Property Tax By-law. 26.6878 2
