ADAMS LAKE INDIAN BAND RATES B~.'-LAW 1998-001 The Council ofthe Adams Lake Indian Band, ofthe Central District in the Province of British Columbia, in the city of Chase, on the 12`s day of May 1998 do hereby resolve and approve the following by-law; SCHEDULE `A' Prescribed Tax Rates For the year 1998. Class of Property 1) Residential 2) Utilities 3) Unmanaged Forest Lands 4) Major Industry 5) Light Industry 6) Business/Other 7) Managed Forest Lands 8) Recreation Properly 9) Farm Note: Special areas include 11 (eleven) properties on Switsemalph Indian Reserve .No . 7, which receive local services for wharf, sewage and water frontage from the District of Salmon Arm . These rates are applicable to only the following roll numbers : 20-89-001-05053.000 20-89-001-05059.105 20-89-110-05059.200 20-89-001-05057.000 20-89-001-05059.120 20-89-110-05059.300 20-89-001-05059.115 20-89-001-05059.125 BE IT KNOWN that this by-law entitled "Rates By-law" forms SCHEDULE `A' of the Taxation By-law that was passed by the Council and approved by the Minister on the 8`° day of May 1996 . That being a bylaw to establish a by-law system on the Adams Lake Indian Band reserve lands for fair and equitable taxation for local purposes of land, or interest in land, including reserves, is hereby enacted as by-law 1998-001, by the Council of the Adams Lake Indian Band. Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Adams Lake Indian Band, held at the Adams Lake Indian Administration Office, Chase, British Columbia, this 12'h day of May 1998 .
