May 17,2004 Band Council of the Sliammort First Nation 2004 Annual Tax U t e s Bylaw bVHEREAS pursuant to section 1 8.1 of the S l iamm~nF irst Nation Taxation Bylaw it is necessary for Band Council during each taxation year to enact a bylaw establishing, imposing and levying the tax rate for each separate property class within each separate taxation district. NQW THEREFORE the Band Coilncil of the Sliammon First Nation enacts as follows: 1. Schedule "A"a nnexed hereto (in section 2 called the "Schedule") is herebv declared an integral part of this bylaw. 2 For the purpose of subsections 18 I (3) and (4) of the Sliammon First Nation Property Taxation Bylaw there are hereby established, imposed and levitd for the taution year 2004 the following tax rates, namely for each separate property class within each separate taxation district the tax rates set out in c o l m 4 of the Schedule beside the property class set out in column 3 of the Schedule 3. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the 20M Anmd Tax Rates Bylaw 4 This bylaw shaH come into force and effecti mmediately upon approval by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
