PART I - General THE COUNCIL OF ZAGIME ANISHINABEK ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Title 1. This Bylaw may be cited as "A Bylaw to Repeal Bylaws 2005-01, Bylaw No. 36, Bylaw No. 37, and Bylaw No. 38". Purpose 2. The purpose of this Bylaw is to repeal unpractical bylaws that are outdated but remain enacted. Authority 3. This Bylaw is developed under the authority of 81 ( 1) and 83(1) of the Indian Act RSC, 1985, c. 1-5. PART II - Repeal Repeal 4. This Bylaw hereby repeals the following bylaws: 4.1 Bylaw number 2005-01, a Bylaw to Regulate Smoking; 4.2 Bylaw number 36, a bylaw to create the position of Band Welfare Administrator; 4.3 Bylaw number 37, a bylaw to create the position of Band Clerk-Secretary; 4.4 Bylaw number 38, a bylaw to create the position of Band Administrator; Coming into Force 5. This Bylaw comes into force and effect on July 8 th , 2020. 6. This Bylaw was accepted and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council held July 8, 2020. Page 2 of 2
