The Chief and Council of the Keeseekoose Indian Reserve in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. For the purpose of this bylaw the expression: (a) ”Public Highway” moans any street, lane or public highway within the village, but does not include a Provincial highway therein as designated pursuant to the provisions of The Highways Actj (b) “iotor Vehicle” shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Vehicles Act. 2. No motor vehicle shall be operated at a greater speed than 15 miles per hour in the village of 3p ringside and the village situated near the residence of the Roy Kusqua family. Also no motor vehicle to be operated at a greater speed than 40 miles per hour on a public highway within the limits of the Keeseekoose Indian Reserve. 3. Section 1 shall not apply to fire engines, fire department apparatus or police cars when on emergency duty. 4. Any persons guilty of an infraction of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in Section HO, paragraph (r) of the Indian Act.
