NOW THEREFORE, the Council of Westbank First SHORT I. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as Expenditure By-law No. l2-TX-03. EXPENDITURE AUTHORIZATION 2. Westbank First Nation hereby acknowledges that Westbank First Nation to proceed with the Campbell summarized in schedule A to this by-law. 3. Westbank First Nation hereby approves the expenditure dollars ($400,000) from the Cumulative Fund for 10 Campbell Road Sewer Capital Expenditure Project 4. Westbank First Nation also authorizes the expenditure acquire all such lands, easements, rights-of-ways, required or desirable for or in connection with Expenditure Project. 5.
